Course Content
This certificate recognises competence in the gasfitting trade. Holders of this qualification are able to use gasfitting tools and equipment, and install and maintain gas systems and structures. People awarded this qualification may apply for registration as a gasfitter under the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Act 1976. Registration will be dependent on the applicant meeting additional Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (PGDB) requirements. The PGBD, in accordance with the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Act 1976, reserves the right to register or not at all times.
