This programme aims to develop highly effective team and /or project managers and leaders. Learners will utilise different strategies, theories, models, approaches, research and practices in simulated and real life situations to enhance advanced management skills and professionalism. At the end of the programme, graduates will be able to research, plan, implement, monitor, problem solve, assess and revise approaches as needed for the sustainability, productivity and continuous improvement of businesses and social sector entities.
